After 35 years of teaching and instructing the game of golf, my philosophies remain simple. Teaching and explaining the cause and effect in relation to missing or lacking proper fundamental principles of golf. For example, a good structure MUST be built on a solid/good foundation. If constructed poorly, compromised or manipulated, it WILL NOT withstand time or adversity before serious issues surface and occur. So too with a golf swing proper grip, alignment and posture, the individual is not going to hold up very long and could risk potential bodily injuries. In summary, every sport has its foundation built on basic fundamentals. Taught properly with good communication and an understanding of what they will produce will result in greater ongoing improvement, consistency, enjoyment and longevity and commitment to playing and growing the game of golf.
